Après Paris, ESN Lille te proposes un voyage à Amsterdam pour une occasion bien spéciale !

Du Vendredi 31 Octobre au Samedi 1er Novembre ESN Lille t'invite dans la capitale des Pays-Bas afin de découvrir la ville et d'y fêter Halloween avec de nombreux autres Erasmus lors de l'event National d'ESN Belgium !!


► Programme ◄

VENDREDI : 

• 7h00 : Départ - Lille Métro 4 cantons 
• 10h30 : Arrivée à Amsterdam
• 11h00: Arrivée à l'hotel Stayokay Vondelpark
• Repas Pique-Nique à prévoir
• 13h - 13h30 : enregistrement pour les activités du samedi
• 14h00 : Remise des cléfs
• 14h30 : city tour (optionnel)
• 22h30: Départ pour la soirée
• 23h00 : Soirée Halloween avec plus de 1500 étudiants Erasmus pour l'event national d'ESN Belgium (entrée incluse)

SAMEDI 1er: 

• Heure à confirmer: petit déjeuner (inclus)
• 10h00 - 17h00: activités pendant la journée (gratuite ou non) ou temps libre
• 18h00 : Départ pour Lille
• 21h30: Arrivée à Lille

(70€ avec le voyage à Paris)
Inclus : Voyage, hôtel, soirée du vendredi et petit déjeuner du samedi.

Attention tu dois avoir une carte ESN pour pouvoir participer au voyage. Tu pourras l’acheter le jour de ton inscription !

After Paris, ESN Lille brings you to Amsterdam !

Join us on a trip from Friday the 31st of October to Satruday the 1st of November to the Dutch capital city to discover it and to meet several Erasmus people during the ESN Belgium national event !!

FRIDAY 31st: 

• 7h00 : Departure - Lille Métro 4 cantons 
• 10h30 : Arrival in Amsterdam
• 11h00: Arrival at the Stayokay Vondelpark hostel à 
• Pic nic (take it yourself)
• 13h - 13h30 : registration for the day activites of saturday
• 14h00 : distribution of the key rooms
• 14h30 : city tour (optionnal)
• 22h30: meeting point to the party
• 23h00 : Huge Halloween party with more than 1500 erasmus people for ESN Belgium's national event ... (participation fee included)

SATURDAY 1st: 

• TBC: Breakfast (included)
• 10h00 - 17h00: day activities (free or not) or free time
• 18h00 : Departure to Lille 
• 21h30 : Arrival in Lille

Included : trip, hotel, party and breakfast on Saturday.

Beware you need the ESN Card in order to take part in our trips, you’ll be able to buy it in the day of the registration for the trip.

You can meet the ESN Lille Team at our office at the Maison Des Etudiants (cité scientifique) every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6.00pm to 8.00pm to buy your tickets.
